Founded on more than a decade of practical experience in executive leadership and governance reform, CWGS offers clients a trusted partner in navigating complex organizational challenges. Charles has held senior governance roles at multiple post-secondary student associations, including Operations Manager and Secretary to the Board at the Durham College Student Association and Chief Returning Officer and Review Officer for the Student Association of George Brown College.
His leadership has guided organizations through pivotal transitions — from implementing digital governance systems and leading organizational rebranding projects, to modernizing election administration and ensuring compliance under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.

Charles Wilson holds a Master of Public Administration from Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religious Studies from Laurentian University.
